You might be wondering what a 315 Wedding is.
It sounds a little like street lingo, like how people say 420 for cannabis for some reason.
Well, it turns out 315 is a Bar, Restaurant and Wedding Venue in Huddersfield. And actually, it’s a really nice wedding venue at that.
For Helena and Sonny, 315 was the venue for their Wedding Reception in Summer 2019, here’s what else we did that day.
Yep, I say we because I was their wedding photographer, so I was along for the ride.
So, we began at Helena’s parents house. When I arrived everything was very much in full swing and it was a busy house indeed.
St Paul's Church, Monk Bretton Wedding Ceremony
Next on the itinerary was St Paul’s Church in Monk Bretton, Barnsley, where we meet Sonny and his groomsmen for the first time today. There was also a beautiful flock of Bridesmaids waiting outside by the time I get there too.
The service was beautiful, and the fact that the Vicar accidentally said Sonny’s brother’s name at the worst possible moment provided a much needed moment of levity to the proceedings.
After the service at St Paul’s it was time to find all about these 315 Weddings.
Wedding Reception at 315
I’m gonna take the cop-out route here and let the photos speak for themselves.
I think it’s worth mentioning that I was very impressed by the venue, considering it was essentially an extension to a Bar and Restaurant. I’m also obliged to pass of my compliments to whichever chef prepared my meal at the bar, very tasty :-).
Highlights from the Photo Album
Here is a small selection of snaps from the collection of images I handed over to Helena and Sonny.
